At Real Hair Lux, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not in love with your purchase, we're here to help with a clear and fair return policy.


📦 1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your item. To qualify:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging

  • Wigs must have lace uncut, no signs of wear, and no product applied (glue, gel, etc.)

  • All tags and protective packaging must remain intact

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are non-refundable

If your item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to deny the return.


🚫 2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Wigs that have been worn, altered, washed, or styled

  • Used hair accessories or combs

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Gift cards and downloadable products


🔁 3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items if you need a different length, style, or color — subject to availability. To start an exchange, email support@realhairlux.com within 14 days of delivery.


💰 4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • A restocking fee may apply in certain cases (max 10%)

  • If item is rejected (due to signs of use), no refund will be issued


🚚 5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.


📸 6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Email support@realhairlux.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will process a replacement or full refund as needed.


🌍 7. International Returns

International customers may return items under the same conditions, but must cover all return shipping, customs, and import fees. We are not responsible for returns held at customs.
